Dedicated Account Team Approach
Exhibitus has the experience, capacity, operational systems and enthusiasm to make your program successful. Our executive leadership and dedicated account team are all committed to providing you with exemplary service and intelligent solutions to showcase your position in the marketplace. We offer personalized service, process and procedures coupled with amplified communication. We are highly experienced in both bringing clients to new markets and in transitioning account programs. We establish, plan, and communicate timelines and resources with a close eye on the budget.
Our belief is that everyone at Exhibitus is responsible for customer satisfaction, and we take the necessary steps to ensure our account teams are nimble when it comes to solutions. This includes pre-show planning and handling last-minute changes or additions on-site. At the heart of the client accountability process for any program we execute is expert consultation and seamless communication – making sure that our client is aware of the plan, the progress and the results along the way.
Exhibitus excels both at large and small projects and program management. We evaluate where additional support staff is needed and swiftly make adjustments required to ensure that the program is well-managed.
COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL
A project of the magnitude of ConExpo has numerous stakeholders across many disciplines. The flow of information between us all must be clear, concise, and timely to guarantee a smooth, memorable, impactful, and on-budget event. We will establish communication protocols at the outset of our partnership that will focus on standard and acceptable response times, shared documents, and distinct points of contact for various aspects of the project.
Response Time
Exhibitus is committed to standard response times to all communications from Leidos; 24-hours for all email correspondence and 8-hours response for all phone calls and voice messages. We understand the importance and peace of mind of hearing, “I wanted you to know I received your message.”
Shared Documents
We will establish cloud-based shared documents that can be accessed and edited by multiple stakeholders. We suggest using MS OneDrive as our collaborative platform however we’re open to adapting to any platforms that the Leidos team currently uses. We understand the importance of universal access to the ‘single source of truth.’
POints of contact
You’ve met our team of specialists. We understand the importance of establishing who’s responsible for what, so the right people can make contact to address any issue as direct as possible. Our communications plan is a two-way street and needs both parties to be active participants to maintain compliance with the established processes.

Buisiness
Candice serves as the team leader and primary point of contact at all times, managing strategy, planning, new design/build projects, and program goals and objectives. She understands your business and has extensive knowledge and expertise that translates into measurable results before, during and after the show, as she executes client-focused strategy across the entire account team.
Rob has spent his entire career in the exhibit and events industry, motivating both design and sales teams for more than 20 years. His start in the industry as a staff designer and then his lengthy experience as a creative director gives him the ability to merge both right-brain and left-brain operations seamlessly to helm the growth of our Chicago office. Rob’s role as Director of Strategic Projects is overseeing the growth and development of all departments responsible for our client's experiential success. He leads a talented local team of creatives, account managers, and operations personnel.
Since entering the industry in1995, Lynn has held leadership roles in Sales and Marketing for over 20 years, as well as managing teams in client services, project management and design. Lynn oversees all aspects of the company’s marketing program, is actively involved in sales pitch teams, as well as leads the Results Division, which focuses on client program success. She has developed proprietary assessment tools to help companies realize where there are areas of opportunity and consults on how to prove value on their program. Prior to joining Exhibitus, Lynn served as Vice President of Sales and Distribution – North America at NomadicDisplay, a leading producer of custom modular and portable exhibit systems. Her unique combination of experience and responsibilities offers helpful insight on various aspects of strategic business units within the company.
Matt manages the company’s team of exhibit design experts and works directly with clients to evolve the company’s “Design Matters” approach to exhibit marketing. He has been intricately involved in client relationships, delivering presentations that cover topics around the use of design to define brand direction and the integration of design language to enhance attendees’ experiences and inspire action. Matt inspires our design team to stretch their imagination and envisions what it would feel like to be drawn by a compelling story told through the eyes of the client’s customers. Taking something that is known and delighting attendees in the expected is a corner stone of Design Thinking philosophy. With over a decade of design experience, he began his career as a Yacht Designer where he specialized in the interior and exterior styling of large pleasure craft, some of which have won international yacht design awards.
David is responsible for creating exhibit, event and environmental design concepts based on client’s vision, budget and brand. He works collaboratively with clients to offer solutions that are innovative, insightful and exceed expectations.
For more than 20 years, David has designed marketing environments that ensure clients’ success. He is intricately involved in all aspects of design including brand direction, relationship development and client presentations. David is a strong team player with passion for great design. His experience in designing marketing environments include large custom trade show exhibits, executive briefing centers, events and mobile exhibits.
David holds an Master’s in Business Administration with a marketing focus from Texas Christian University – Neeley School of Business.
Ashley works alongside our Design Team to bring the concepts to life in a visual and tangible format. Taking into account all aspects of the user experience and flow, Ashley works to design a user-friendly and engaging experience. Managing the development each step of the way, she is an expert in becoming an extension of our client’s brands and vision, and creating best-in-class engagements. Ashley has 20 years of experience in graphic design, creative messaging and experiential activations. She is a strong team player with a passion for great design, allowing her to under stand the client’s brand in order to craft engaging and memorable brand messages. She uses unexpected technologies to demonstrate key marketing strategies in every interactive engagement developed. Her skill set, coupled with her imagination, creates an experience that turns leads into sales.
Ashley holds a BFA in Illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design.
Cheryl works with our clients to design creative concepts and artwork layouts for messaging opportunities based on show objectives. While adept at creating high quality production-ready art files, she also works closely with the Creative Team on projects to develop inventive graphic assets (both static + motion) that are on-brand for targeted audiences. Cheryl has over 10 years of industry experience in developing corporate image and identity programs, which benefits our clients as they build their program brand strategy. Cheryl's extensive graphics background, strong digital experience and dedicated work ethic are valuable assets to both clients and Exhibitus.
Cheryl holds a BFA in StudioArt/Photography from The University of Georgia, as well as a certificate in Digital Publishing/Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
Charged with providing flexible solutions that meet client objectives. The Project Manager oversees every aspect of a project once the design is approved from estimating, managing timelines, engineering drawings, materials sourcing, producing set-up packages and crating, ship lists and warehouse team assignments. With over 10 years of event and trade show program management experience, Matt works seamlessly with the Account Team to ensure every aspect of a program is handled and collectively anticipates a client’s future needs. His skill set allows for successfully managing projects that range from corporate interiors and permanent installations to custom design programs, event elements and custom modular projects.
As a Master Carpenter, Matt holds certificates in Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD from Athens Technical College.
Charged with providing flexible solutions that meet client objectives. Jeff oversees every aspect of a project once the design is approved from estimating, managing timelines, engineering drawings, materials sourcing, producing set-up packages and crating, ship lists and warehouse team assignments. With over 10 years of event and trade show program management experience, Jeff works seamlessly with the Account Team to ensure every aspect of a program is handled and collectively anticipates a client’s future needs. His skill set allows for successfully managing projects that range from corporate interiors and permanent installations to custom design programs, event elements and custom modular projects.
Don is responsible for development and performance of the national sales team. He comes to Exhibitus with more than 30 years in the construction products industry. He has experience in marketing/product management, sales, sales management, commercial excellence, finance and managing business units. Don has worked his entire career at USG, the leading drywall and construction products manufacturer in the US and Canada. He held numerous positions in accounting, finance, marketing, sales and strategy. His most recent positions included VP Sales and Marketing – CGC Division, General Manager – CGC Division and Sr. Director Strategy – Commercial Excellence.
In his most recent role, he led the “Go To Market” project that reorganized the sales organization and was leading a multi-million dollar ‘Pricing Software” project to update execution, monitoring and establishment of all pricing systems at USG.
Ruth is responsible for day-to-day account planning and logistics and is an important in-house component to the team. As Senior Account Manager, Ruth also serves as backup to both the Account Executive and Project Manager to ensure constant and consistent communication both externally to the client and internally with the full account team.Ruth has extensive experience in the exhibit industry with over two decades dedicated to managing large programs and special events, including budgeting and on-site management.
As Director of Client Services, Greg leads our account services teams in the delivery of strategic, creative, and execution services for both new and existing customers. Greg has a broad background focused on client support. He has led large cross-functional teams supporting client relationships and is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, developing, and assigning account support. Greg leverages his more than 30 years of industry expertise to elevate our customer experience for better marketing-driven outcomes in trade shows, events, and branded experiential environments. He is our clients’ brand champion inside Exhibitus and a program on-boarding specialist.
